Shipping

All of our products are shipped directly to customers from our warehouses via Express Mail Service (EMS). All orders will be provided with a corresponding tracking number once payment has been verified and the product has been shipped. Please allow 1-3 days for your tracking number to be updated in the portal. 

It typically takes 7-20 business days to receive your order, depending on the country where the order is being shipped. Please utilize the corresponding tracking number provided to track the status of your package as it proceeds to your destination!

Orders can be canceled through the user portal by signing into the account you created at checkout. 

Note: Once orders move past the acceptance stage into the processing stage, they can no longer undergo cancellation as the product has already been dispatched.

You do not need an account to place an order. However, it is highly recommended that you track your package by viewing the status updates in the account portal. Furthermore, you can save your shipping address for future orders, making them much easier to place in the future.

You can track your order via the account portal through which the order was initially placed. This will only apply after the package is shipped and the tracking number is entered into our system.

All orders placed are considered as a final sale. This is due to the unreturnable nature of the product, and thus, we cannot accept returns from customers.
